About 2 weeks ago, a bright yet honorable lady came into our store. In her hands she held a beautiful silver bowl.
The bowl, inherited from family past generations, was covered in black.
Looked like it was completely burnt and bad shaped.
In fact, we understood that after being polished, it was lacquered.
Using heat and fire next to lacquer can cause a very painful harm to item (“Before” as shown below).
After seeing what this bowl means to the lady, we agreed to try and help her recover her beautiful, very sentimental item.
The results were so overwhelming for the deal lady, IT WAS ALL WORTH THE EFFORT.

Silver polish

A few days ago, a customer walked into our store with this pair of silver candle sticks. We have seen many similar before, but this one was special - it survived the holocaust and WWII. Under each candle stick, a hand - scatched hallmark, barely notisable said "Warsaw 1941".
In such bad condition, worked on so badly, we were asked to repair it.
After trying to overcome countless number of faults, including tin welding and use of fire, we handed the candle sticks back to the customer.
The smile and tears on her face, reminding her the legacy and history of her family, was worth every hour working on those stick.

Those, and many other stories, are just part of what we do - trying to make our customer satisfied.
